Charlotte’s Jersey ice-cream Parlour, 6th February
On this particularly cold, wet and windy Sunday, we decided to turn our noses up at the weather and go on a wee trip to a local ice-cream parlour near Huddersfield with our friends Liz and Jonny.
It is surrounded by farmland in which they keep many animals including a bunch of Jersey cows. It’s the milk from these cows that goes on to make the amazing ice-cream. If you’re ever in the area, definitely worth a visit, especially if you have kids.
Just to note, the cows were closed up sheltered from the weather so I couldn’t get any shots of them. Next time the weather’s nice I’ll be sure to get some.
